These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://floridateeth.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by KRAW Dental, LLC, doing business as SEDA Dental (“SEDA Dental,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). SEDA Dental provides general, cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, and dental implant services at our offices in Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Jupiter, and Pompano Beach, Florida.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational website about SEDA Dental and the services we offer. It also lets you request appointments and contact our offices. The Site is not an online store, and nothing on it is sold or purchased through the Site itself.
Content on the Site, including articles, blog posts, service descriptions, FAQs, videos, and images, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical or dental advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed dentist. Every patient is different. Do not rely on the Site to make decisions about your oral health without consulting a dental professional.
Using the Site, reading our content, or submitting a form does not create a dentist-patient relationship between you and SEDA Dental or any of our providers. That relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted as a patient at one of our offices.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For urgent dental issues, please call the office nearest you rather than relying on a web form.
The Site allows you to request an appointment through our contact forms and through an online scheduling tool provided by a third party (currently NexHealth). Submitting a request through the Site is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our office by phone, text, or email.
We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment request at our discretion. Appointment times, providers, and services shown online are subject to availability and may change. Office policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, and missed appointments are provided at the office and in your patient paperwork, and those policies control.
The online scheduling tool is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. By using it, you agree to those terms as well. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or accuracy of third-party scheduling services.
When you submit a form, request an appointment, or otherwise provide your contact information through the Site, you are asking us to get in touch with you. You agree that SEDA Dental and the offices you selected may contact you by phone, email, or text message at the phone number and email address you provided about your request, appointments, and related services. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. Text messaging is also governed by Section 4 (SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms), which controls for text messages.
Please do not submit detailed medical or dental history, insurance details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through the Site’s public forms. Our forms are for general inquiries and appointment requests. Health information you share with us as a patient is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to you at our offices. This website’s Privacy Policy covers the information collected through the Site itself.
Website forms and email are not monitored 24 hours a day. Do not use them for urgent matters.
This Section applies to SMS text messaging between you and SEDA Dental. If anything else in these Terms conflicts with this Section as it relates to text messaging, this Section controls.
Consent to receive text messages. By providing your mobile phone number to SEDA Dental, whether through a form on the Site, our online scheduling tool, in person at one of our offices, or by sending us a text message, you consent to receive SMS text messages from SEDA Dental (KRAW Dental, LLC) at that number for appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and follow-up, general two-way communication with our offices, and marketing messages about our services and offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of receiving dental care or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your communication with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan and terms. Contact your carrier for details. SEDA Dental is not responsible for any carrier charges.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further text messages to that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for help. You may also contact us at 877-987-4321 or info@floridateeth.com.
Privacy. Your mobile phone number and text-messaging opt-in information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Liability. Text message delivery depends on the networks and systems of your mobile carrier and third-party service providers. We are not responsible for any charges, errors, delays, or failures in the delivery of text messages caused by your carrier or by third-party service providers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not monitored 24 hours a day. Do not use text messaging for emergencies; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Your confirmation. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will let us know if you change or give up that number.
Any pricing, insurance, or cost information on the Site is provided for general guidance only. Actual fees depend on your examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, insurance coverage, and the office you visit. Prices and promotions may change without notice. The only binding estimate is the written treatment plan and estimate you receive from our office.
References to insurance plans do not guarantee that your specific plan or benefits will be accepted or that any procedure will be covered. Please verify coverage with our office and your insurer before treatment.
Third-party financing options described on the Site, such as CareCredit, are offered by independent companies. Any application, approval, and repayment terms are between you and that company, under that company’s own agreement. SEDA Dental does not make credit decisions and is not a party to those agreements.
The SEDA Smile Membership Plan is an in-office savings plan, not insurance. Enrollment, benefits, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the separate membership agreement you sign at the office, which controls over any summary on the Site.
Patient reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after photos on the Site reflect the experiences and results of individual patients. They are shared with permission where required. Results vary from person to person, and nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome for you.
Third-party review content (for example, Google reviews) is displayed as published by those platforms and may be edited or removed by the platform or the reviewer at any time.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page designs, and the “SEDA Dental” name and logo, are owned by KRAW Dental, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of Site content, requires our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms gives you any license or ownership rights in the Site or its content.
The Site contains links to websites and services operated by third parties, including online scheduling, financing providers, review platforms, social media, and maps. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the third party. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAW DENTAL, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT. THE SITE MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND WE MAY CHANGE OR REMOVE CONTENT AT ANY TIME.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAW DENTAL, LLC, ITS OWNERS, DENTISTS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE LINKED FROM THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KRAW Dental, LLC and its owners, dentists, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of the Site and we are unable to resolve it informally, the dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service agreed upon by the parties, at a location in Palm Beach County, Florida, or another location the parties agree on. The arbitrator’s award will be final, and judgment may be entered on it in any court with jurisdiction. The arbitrator will decide all questions about the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. This provision survives any termination of these Terms.
To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
This section applies to disputes about the Site and these Terms. It does not apply to claims relating to dental treatment you receive as a patient, which are governed by your patient agreements and applicable law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SEDA Dental regarding the Site. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and SEDA Dental by your use of the Site. The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must handle appointment requests and treatment decisions on your behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Please check this page periodically.
